Terms of Delivery

Standard Shipment

All orders above 100,00 Euro are delivered free-of-charge in Germany and Austria by Hermes or by DHL (insured). The delivery period will be shown during the order process and typically ranges between 3 and 5 business days, as long as the item is in stock.

Shipping Costs

All orders below 100,00 Euro and orders delivered outside Germany and Austria are via DHL Parcel or an alternative parcel-service (insured) and attract a shipping charge as follows:

Delivery Period

Usually you will receive the goods within the delivery period that is shown during the order process (typically between 3 and 5 business days). Should an item be not in stock then it will be reordered. Some items can not deliver anymore as soon as the product is sold out.
