We want your shopping to be as comfortable as possible. One of your items doesn`t fit ? Purchases within Germany can be sent back free-of-charge within 14 days! Buyers from all other countries have to pay the cost for return shipping charges and any other charges associated with the return.

Simply drop the package off at your nearest post office.

Only unworn, clean and originally packed items can be sent back.
Simply drop the package off at your nearest post office or send it by Hermes S package and we will transfer you the money back to your bank account.

Choosyfish will deliver to any address or post office - you can select invoice and delivery address separately when ordering.

All orders above 100,00 Euro are delivered free-of-charge in Germany and Austria by DHL Parcel (insured).

All orders below 100,00 Euro and orders delivered outside Germany and Austria are via DHL Parcel or an alternative parcel-service (insured) and attract a shipping charge as follows:
